SHIPPING POLICY

The Weekend Cup currently ships within the United States.

SHIPPING COST

Standard U.S. shipping is free.

PROOF APPROVAL

Every personalized order requires digital proof approval before production begins. Your production timeline does not begin until the final proof has been approved.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

After proof approval, most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 7–14 business days. This includes production and standard shipping time.

These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Larger orders, carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, address issues, and periods of high demand may cause additional delays.

TIME-SENSITIVE ORDERS

If you need your towels for a specific golf trip or event date, contact hello@theweekendcup.com before ordering. We cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date unless confirmed in writing before purchase.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be emailed once the order ships.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Contact us immediately if the shipping address is incorrect. Once production or shipment has begun, we may be unable to change the address.
